In conjunction with my submission of artwork for reproduction, I hereby represent and warrant the attached images to be free of copyright or other restrictive rights of usage and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Artists of Magic, Action-Sports and its employees for all costs of legal actions resulting from unauthorized reproduction of these images. I also agree to pay legal expenses incurred to resolve and settle any claim of unauthorized reproduction of these images made against Artists of Magic, Action-Sports or its employees.
Action-Sports retains the right to refuse to reproduce any artwork or images submitted for reproduction at any time for any reason without explanation. Action-Sports will refund, via PayPal, any payment received for an order subsequently refused.
WARNING: Copyrights pertain to specific images but may also include the characters to which they are associated. Therefore, if you are not absolutely certain that you have legal right to reproduce the images, you are subjecting yourself and Action-Sports to potential legal action by doing so and you are encouraged not to submit it for reproduction.
I agree that by proceeding and by uploading this order that I hereby tender my order for reproduction of the attached images and further agree to pay any Legal fees, claims, or penalties which may result from unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted or other protected material from legal action against me, and/or Artists of Magic, Action-Sports or its employees.
